Fluorite Cube Sitting Next to a Galena Crystal
Crystal-clear transparent Fluorite cube sitting next to a Galena crystal!
I love this specimen because it is just so aesthetic. The transparent Fluorite cube is like cubic glass and is so clear that you can see through down to the Calcite matrix beneath. It measures 3.3 cm in size from corner to corner. The Galena crystal is incredibly lustrous and sizes up well, measuring 2.5 cm in width. There's also a second, smaller Galena which is partially embedded inside the Fluorite cube itself! This specimen is in wonderful shape with no visible damage.
